- RKRashawn King5 days ago1.0I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this store because I purchased this product recently in Japan. Unfortunately none of the employees spoke to us in the 5 minutes that we were there. Not even a simple "hello". Even when I walked out and mentioned that I would have purchased something if anyone acknowledged us at all while we looked around, the employees just gave us dirty looks. Missed out on potential repeat customer because of lack of basic customer service!

They treated me like I was an inconvenience just for asking a few questions and wanting some samples, like I get it but come on?? The eye rolls and sighs were enough…. Overall bad attitudes. But I have extremely sensitive skin. I just wanted to see which I liked better before I committed to one product, so then to hear them talking as I’m walking out, about how I *clearly can’t afford to buy anything* and *what a waste of time* was really upsetting….. I did plan to come back and buy after trying the samples, but I won’t be back….

When my guests and I arrived, we discovered another party was already there and staff were not aware of my reservation. Best to double check a few days ahead of your party to ensure staff are aware of the booking, but I am not sure if that would have made a difference or not.
- KBKimberly BrennanAug 31, 20262.0There must be new management because It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to get over to Lush and was really excited to shop, but the workers literally just sit there and ignore you. One sitting on the counter on his phone, didn’t even look up, let alone respond to me when I said hello. The other seemed like they were trying to look busy so they didn’t have to help me. I eventually asked for help and the person who was cutting soap said they were busy and to give them a minute. The person on the phone didn’t step in to help. Waited 10 more minutes and ultimately walked out. Wonderful products aren’t enough to make up for the lousy treatment of customers.
