We were on vacation for our anniversary July 16th through the 19th and one of her nails just fell off. We returned yesterday and she immediately called to see if they could put another one on. They said no. They said they only replaced them for 7 days after. She explained it did actually fall off after 7 days but we were out of town. They told her they couldn't help her. She offered to pay for the one nail and they refused and stated she would have to pay for an entirely new pedicure. The person on the phone was not friendly and made no effort to accommodate my wife. This is entirely unacceptable and very poor for Soaks reputation. Everyone should be aware that if they do shoddy work, YOU are on the hook for it!
