Wow, what terrible service. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and was the first to arrive; three women showed up after me but were seen first, while I had to wait another 20 minutes. The pedicure was horrible—she didn't file the nails or remove the cuticles, and the polish job was a mess and left wet. This is the first and last time I’ll come here. Note: I think they treated me this way because I’m Latina—though I do want to mention that the Latina receptionist was the only friendly one.

Staff & service was wonderful, but stay alert for cost extras. 1st time I've been charged for coffee & after electronic payment for tip -- normal -- there was an additional spot to tip receptionist. Sure, 2 surprise charges weren't required, but I'd already had the coffee & receptionist was checking me out. I did ask about coffee charge & receptionist indicated it had to do with my service -- a primp & polish. I'll return, but be more aware of change in fee structure.

Coming from out of town and being freshly postpartum, this place looked like it would be worth it, but I was not pleased. I came with multiple people to get pedicures. We sat in our chairs waiting for about 15 mins before anything started. The person doing my pedicure barely touched my feet and spent the majority of the time looking over at the others and messing with her gloves. I left with crooked nails and my feet were still rough. I have also never gotten a pedicure where the ankle and lower legs weren’t touched (scrub, mask or lotion). It was not worth the $100 I spent. I do not recommend coming here and not a highlight of my vacation.

I visit frequently and I do enjoy the soak experience however today I did not. My appt was pushed back 30 min and no one contacted me to let me know. So I sat there waiting.
While I had my pedicure, the other nail tech in the salon was humming and singing to the music provided the whole time, it really kind of ruined the experience. My pedicure was done with gloves on the whole time, which also ruined the soak experience. I still tipped my nail tech and $86.00 later and a 45 min appt which really should have been longer.Hmmm not great 👎

We had the best experience with our nail techs. They answered our safety questions and the salon was clean and comfortable. We had a couple of mocktails which were delicious and tons of fun banter. Our mani-pedi results were beautiful with the new Dazzle 5minute dry polish. We even cleaned out our garage that evening and have zero chipping. This is pretty big for me as I have EDS and have a hard time finding polish that sticks to my nails. Thank you to the South Reno location team for a relaxing and wonderful time and great results.
