- LOLeandra OhlsonMay 23, 20262.0I’ve come here several times. Sometimes it’s an ok experience and other times it’s highly disappointing. The customer service here is unhelpful, and the gals seem to be annoyed to be bothered with questions or asking for help. Not every single employee of course but majority of the time they’re just talking or nobody is even there. I hope whoever does the hiring takes this into consideration or watches the camera and sees if they’re just on the phone or actually helping people. Even times when I’ve called to ask about a product they’re unable to help and off putting, or when I asked for the birthday gift that Sephora does the girl made me feel uncomfortable like I needed to buy something. Despite spending lots of money all the other times. Just not the way you treat customers.

Come on guys… Who’s going to ever feel welcome at your store with no help offered, plus a bad attitude? At this point, I’m never going to Sephora again. I have also been in the customer service industry my whole life, I have never felt so disrespected in store.
