  We had an issue with a perfume sampler set that had been tampered with, and the Sephora team was amazing. They were kind, understanding, and helped us exchange it without any hassle. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I’ve come here several times. Sometimes it’s an ok experience and other times it’s highly disappointing. The customer service here is unhelpful, and the gals seem to be annoyed to be bothered with questions or asking for help. Not every single employee of course but majority of the time they’re just talking or nobody is even there. I hope whoever does the hiring takes this into consideration or watches the camera and sees if they’re just on the phone or actually helping people. Even times when I’ve called to ask about a product they’re unable to help and off putting, or when I asked for the birthday gift that Sephora does the girl made me feel uncomfortable like I needed to buy something. Despite spending lots of money all the other times. Just not the way you treat customers.

  Natasha is kneecapping this location. First and last time as a customer at this store. Enormous attitude. Sold me a bottle of perfume that was leaking all over the place when I opened it in my car. I'm pretty sure she was aware of that to be honest, it was the last one. I took it back in the store. No, sorry about that, let me check other locations. At the very least, she should apologize for the inconvenience and faulty product. Absolutely nothing. Voided the transaction instead of refunding it, so we shall see if I actually get refunded. Embarrassed for this location. My bad for not looking at the recent reviews before shopping there. They all track

  There was absolutely zero customer service. I came in with my 11 year old daughter and got the cold shoulder accompanied with “She’s going to steal stuff” looks. Come on guys… Who’s going to ever feel welcome at your store with no help offered, plus a bad attitude? At this point, I’m never going to Sephora again. I have also been in the customer service industry my whole life, I have never felt so disrespected in store.

  8/9/25 Around 4pm the girls didn’t greet me. They didn’t ask if I needed help finding my shade. There were 3 young girls just talking behind the register the whole time. One of them was on her phone showing a TikTok.
