  Had super long hair was looking for a great first time haircut in a year and a half and hammer and nails exceeded expectations with great staff, great drinks, cool atmosphere and my hairstylist Jenae nailed exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely recommend and will be back myself.

  Wonderful experience and excellent customer service! Happy to say I’ve found my spot will be returning again. Sanai was super warm and welcoming, and thoroughly explained H&N’s offerings. Galilea did an amazing job with my cut. She was very detail oriented and took extra care to make sure everything (taper/fade consistency, length, thickness) was perfect with sharp clean lines!

  $55 for a men's basic cut is WILD. (Actually, I'm not sure the cost, cause they actually charged us $65 for the service) They also did a TERRIBLE job, like seriously, so bad. We will not be going back again, and if anyone is like us and was like, let's just try to see if it's worth it. It's not. Yes, some cuts might come out nice, but you also have a chance to get a terrible cut as well. And unfortunately that was us today. At $65, it shouldn't be a risk to get a haircut here. At minimum, it should be, ok, it's not great but we tried it, we just don't go back, no biggie. Not, OMG this was literally the worst cut he has had in the carson and reno area. I was going to give 2 stars, but finding out they charged more than expected also took away even that star.

  From premium cut to pedicure, Gali is amazing! I’m sure everyone in there is good at what they do, but I started with Gali and was so impressed. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I started going there bi-weekly because of the great deal vip package. I don’t go a single day without looking on point.

  I voiced my opinion directly with the nice ladies at the front desk who refunded our credits immediately. My son booked an appointment with Miguel but was handed off to another barber who literally ruined his hair. He didn’t listen to a single instruction my son gave him - he cut the front too short and with an angle. It is horrendous - worse than a bowl cut b/c it’s more like an egg. As I told the front desk girls - that guy should not be cutting hair. Thank goodness this cut wasn’t done before a trip or family photos or something important. And now we had to reschedule with Miguel to get it fixed.
