  Canceled and left despite being really overdue for color services bc of the weird and borderline rude service. This is also the second time I’ve been here for one thing and been relentlessly upsold other things multiple times— not relaxing at all

  Nice people BUT not at all worth the price!!!!! The manicure and pedicure was nothing but $500 for a basic polish change. Horrible. Nothing luxurious nothing at all nearly justifies the price. If you want anything close to a manicure pedicure and not a polish change I guess you would need to pay $1000. Every single thing is nickel and dime add ons. Shame on you Wynn! Do better!!!!! Not at all what I expected from such a “glorified hotel”. I do feel bad for the staff because they are very nice but I in no way can give this experience more than one star. Trust me I have had many many salon experiences I am unfortunately giving an honest educated review. Waste of money!

  Heather did my gel mani and Lydia did my gel pedi. Both services turned out perfect and the ladies went above and beyond to exceed expectations. Loved how they both paid great attention to detail and took the time to get the polish close to the cuticle for longer lasting results. The technicians were thorough, gentle, professional and very sweet. I would highly recommend both of these amazing ladies for some pampering.

  Horrible shampoo, horrible customer service. The bottle was sent to me crack. They told me to try it anyways. The stuff feels like goopy oil. My hair is dropped, horrible. Customer service is rude on the phone and then I have to pay for the return for a crack bottle.

  Lana was able to repair a terrible cut. Very professional and knowledgeable in her craft! Would 100 return & trust her again.
