I was assisted by Kayla during my visit and participated in a promotion where customers spending over $150 received a gift. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed during the interaction, and Kayla’s attitude came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. When I got home, I discovered that the serum I received as a gift had already expired in April 2026, while it is now June 2026. The box was also damaged and crushed. The item was placed directly into my bag, and I didn’t have an opportunity to inspect it at the store. Receiving an expired skincare product, even as a gift, is unacceptable and raises concerns about quality control and customer care. This experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

The employees were rude and not helpful. I overheard the cashier offer every person freebies with their purchase if they signed up for the email list except when it came to me. My husband tried punching it in and even asked her and she said oh no the free gifts are only for when you buy certain products. I guess the $200 I spent was not enough. I used to come here every time I was in town but never again.
