  I had a good experience in the store. When I got home I had an issue with the piercing and called to ask a follow up question. You can’t. They don’t have phone lines to the stores available. I’m really disappointed. I don’t live near there store to go back in person like the “digital assistant” tells me to. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Edited to add: I did email the email address that the automated phone line directs you to contact when you need assistance. Two days later, I still don’t have a response.

  Very cute, clean shop with a friendly knowledgeable staff. I had my forward helix pierced. It was a great experience and I'd definitely go back.

  Went into Studs on a whim while in Vegas and what a great experience!!! Tyler was amazing and very helpful, one day I want my ears to look like his! Nick was amazing and because of those 2 fantastic people 2 others in my group got piercings too!!!! Love love the shop great photo opps and so much fun! Ty all💞💞

  I’m so glad I happened to come across this place. I had visited another piercing shop while shopping around Vegas, but they didn’t seem interested in helping me. The next day, I spotted this studio right before a work event, and Brisa made the entire experience quick and easy. As someone who wasn’t sure what I wanted, I really appreciated how the team at Studs took the time to offer recommendations on piercing placement. I left feeling genuinely excited about the result. They also made sure everything moved efficiently since I was on a tight schedule, which I really appreciated. I wanted to leave Vegas with something memorable, and Studs absolutely delivered. Thank you!

  I never leave reviews but this team deserves recognition. A group of us came in on a whim before grabbing lunch. The whole team explained the concept and gave us a little show and tell about the jewelry etc. Every single employee was great, engaging and most of all patient! Nick was my piercer and he was absolutely awesome. In fact we had such a wonderful experience here that I made an appointment at your century city location for my daughter to get her second lobe piercing which we did yesterday. That experience did not come anywhere near close to the one I had with the team in Vegas. On the contrary the century city front desk employee who rang me up was rushing me and my daughter and on top of that was so lazy. Charging me incorrectly and making me have to beg her to delete the original charge and to fix it. They didn't fill out my piercing booklet correctly like the Vegas team did. They also charged me for two of the wrong jewelry items which I didn't notice till today because they didn't include the tags to the booklet like the Vegas team did. When I went to look at the non piercing jewelry she even turned me away and told me I could only receive a piercing from that section. I was planning on buying for my other piercings but after that I decided I would just order online to get my 20% off. Although I will not recommend the century city location I would love to find additional CA locations to fall in love with. Otherwise I'm happy to hit up the Las Vegas location when we're in town. Either way, thanks again for the amazing service last night Vegas studs team! Hopefully the century city team can take a page from your book and learn to show more patience and care towards people who are making decisions about body modification instead of rushing them to make a decision especially when they took the time to make an appointment.
