- LCLily C.Jun 13, 20265.0Convenient location in the Venetian Resort on the strip. The staff was very helpful and caring. Jasmine was quick and efficient with my piercing. Checked on my well being throughout the process. She even came back to make sure I didn't pass out when I stopped to answer a text. It really helped to see the earrings in person. I'm really happy I stopped here. Their after-care instructions were detailed with written instructions.

She let me know when the piercing was taking place and when she put in the jewelry. Cleaned it and then let me know what to expect. I also purchased the doughnut pillow which bundled with the saline spray was really affordable and I highly recommended the pillow. I slept like a baby with it. I regret not getting one earlier when I did my helix piercing. 10/10 experience would definitely go again next time I’m in Vegas.

They don’t have phone lines to the stores available. I’m really disappointed. I don’t live near there store to go back in person like the “digital assistant” tells me to. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Edited to add: I did email the email address that the automated phone line directs you to contact when you need assistance. Two days later, I still don’t have a response.
