She was very detailed and made it as painless as possible. The pain level was minimal. I’ve gotten lip fillers for the past 10 years so it’s fair to say that I know when someone knows exactly what they’re doing!! Not only do I feel great, but I also feel like I made a new friend! She really made my day and I’m excited for my laser treatment in the future. Thanks Mabelline!

Maybelyn, my aesthetician, was amazing — so knowledgeable, informative, and attentive throughout the whole process. She made sure I understood everything and took the time to answer all my questions. I have had laser done before and while it was never completely unbearable, I could definitely feel that classic "rubber band snap" sensation. This time around I genuinely felt NOTHING. Apparently they use this special machine called the gentle max pro (yes I asked lol) that is a lot more advanced and painless. My laser tech Gabriella was amazing - she was kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Honestly, every single staff member I encountered went above and beyond. The whole team is welcoming and friendly in a way that just makes you feel taken care of. The little touches are so cute too! They have an adorable waiting area with water and coffee available, which we love. It makes the whole visit feel elevated. I already scheduled my follow up appointment!!!
