I was in awe of how easy it was and I booked my next two waxes. I appreciated the professionalism and education. I was throughly informed of aftercare so I can get the best results. I definitely recommend Shaughnessy and will be recommending her to everyone.

I was charged the full $65 within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. I was my fault for not noticing the location. But I found it excessive and greedy to charge 100% with no opportunity to reschedule. So for $65 she lost a repeat customer, referrals and good will. Greed over grace. Sad.
