  Unacceptable Service at Sephora Store 1391 December 4, 2024 I visited Sephora Store 1391 at 7:20pm on Thursday, December 4, with a friend to find a specific foundation. After checking two other Sephora locations, we located the product at this store. When we approached associate Paige to inquire about the product, she was immediately rude and unhelpful. She informed us that we couldn't open products without making a purchase, with a poor attitude. Paige's behavior was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable. She hovered around us, giving the impression that we were suspected of theft. When we asked for her name, she responded with a dismissive attitude, only providing it after we explained it was for a review. I have visited multiple Sephora locations and have never experienced such poor service. It's concerning that an associate would treat customers in this manner, especially when they were seeking assistance. I hope Sephora will review this incident and take necessary actions to ensure all customers receive respectful service. 1 star - will not be returning

  I bought a couple of fragrances with the help of Christy and a nice lady that I didn't get the name of. They went above and beyond to help me attain a good pick. I am not a local and may return to this store if I am around the area. Also plenty of samples are on display!

  I had such a wonderful experience today, thanks to Anayah! She was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She took her time, listened carefully, and made me feel so welcome throughout the entire process. I’m really grateful for her help — she made my day! Thank you, Anayah!

  Normally, I have a good experience here but the last two occasions one today and one about three days ago. Customer service has been terrible. Seems like you have some young girls working here that has no customer service. I’m not a little young chick where every bit of lingo works for me and I don’t do tacky. On these two occasions, both experiences were less than pleasant and professional.. tacky females, which I didn’t appreciate because at the end of the day when I need some assistance in by beauty products, and you presented with people to have no knowledge is frustrating.
