  Joselyn and the staff were great. Clean and thorough and my baby cries for 10 seconds and was happy. Made the process so much easier for baby and parents.

  Got a nose piercing today!!! Celina helped me pick a super cute starburst and Kathrine did an amazing job!! I brought my daughter here two weeks ago for the same piercing. She is 16 and said it didn’t hurt at all and it’s been healing amazing so I came myself today. Honestly, maybe one of my least painful piercings ever. Really a fabulous experience I will be back when I’m ready for my next!

  We had such a great experience at Rowan! I brought my 4-year-old and my 3-month-old to get their ears pierced, and the entire process was so smooth from start to finish. The self check-in was super easy, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I was especially happy that they brought another nurse out so they could pierce my 4-year-old’s ears at the same time. It made the process so much easier and helped ease my nerves as a mom. They were very patient with her and made sure she was comfortable. For my 3-month-old, they did one ear at a time. She only cried for a few seconds each time, and the nurse was so quick and gentle that it was over before I knew it. I really appreciated how comfortable and confident they were working with both my baby and my 4-year-old. I had originally only booked an appointment for my baby, but they were able to immediately fit my 4-year-old in as well, which I was so thankful for. Everyone made us feel comfortable, and the whole experience was much easier and smoother than I expected. Definitely recommend Rowan for little ones getting their ears pierced! ❤️

  Been dying to have an ear piercing for so long and finally I got it. I tried Rowan as I heard from my friend about it and saw their work from her. Now I know why my friend ended up getting 3 piercing from that place because the staff are so gentle and nice as I myself ended up having 4. Thank you nurse Hannah for doing a great job and making my ears so pretty. I was only there to do my lobe and helics but because of your gentle touch and making me feel less pain, I ended up adding 1 more in my middle ear. I will definetely recommend this shop for piercing as they will help you chose, decide and guide you whats good. Thank you Rowan and nurse Hannah. I so love my ear piercing

  I went to Rowan DTS a few weeks ago to get my seconds pierced. When I arrived, I told an employee what I wanted and she let the other employees know so someone could help me. One employee briefly looked at my ears, gave me an explanation of the pricing, and then walked away. I was left standing for several minutes trying to choose my earrings while the other employees stayed behind the register and didn't offer any help. After I finally picked a pair, another employee looked at my ears and told me I only had two earring options because of my anatomy. I don't understand why I was left to spend so much time choosing when I didn't really have a choice to begin with. It made me feel like they didn't take me seriously or didn't think I was actually going to get the piercings. The piercing itself was great. My piercer was amazing. However, I wasn't happy with the customer service before the piercing. I also wasn't given the option to decline the $20 cleaning solution that they made seem like it was required. I spent $160, so I expected much better customer service. Do better.
