We came in for a walk-in appointment and were lucky that it wasn't busy, so we only waited about 10 minutes while everything was prepared. Nurse Kristian was absolutely the bomb.com—10/10! She was amazing with a nervous teenager, taking the time to explain every step of the process, helping her feel comfortable, and making the piercing experience smooth and stress-free. Her patience and kindness made all the difference. We're so glad we chose Rowan Downtown Summerlin and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and caring piercing experience!

From the moment we walked in, the store was absolutely immaculate, and every associate greeted us with genuine warmth that instantly put us both at ease. The entire environment just felt welcoming and special. Nurse Catherine was exceptional. She was thorough, professional, and so incredibly polite, the kind of care that reminds you what truly great service feels like. She made what could have been a nerve-wracking moment for my daughter feel completely comfortable. I haven't experienced service like this in a very long time. Thank you, Catherine, and the entire Rowan team for turning a simple errand into such a memorable experience.
