  Karina and Michelle are great and a special shout out to Tao at the front desk for her polite and professional customer service. My teenager came with me this week as a treat and used a photo for the acrylic length and style she wanted. Unfortunately, as soon as I saw them I hated them. She whispered she hated them, but as a teen she was rushed me out the door knowing I'd speak up:) . They were longer, extremely thick and two times the width of her natural nail bed. As the one paying $60 and 20% tip , I called as soon as we left to be sure they remembered us. I explained to Tao how we were unhappy, and she was very kind. She got us in the next day with Karina and told us she was meticulous and would reshape them. I dropped off my daughter and recognized Karina. I have seen her work as I sat right next to her during my appointment several times. She is indeed meticulous, very sweet and professional. You can tell she is passionate about her work and it's not just a way to make money for her. My daughter has been staring at her nails all day! She loves them! And Karina was so appreciative for the tip knowing this was a redo! Now my daughter wants to go back and see Karina every few weeks. Thanks again!!

  It took me forever to find a good nail salon after I moved to Vegas, but I'm so glad I found Karina. I chose her after reading so many positive reviews, and she has exceeded my expectations every time. Karina is incredibly attentive to detail and always does an amazing job with my nails. The salon is clean and welcoming!

  I’ve been going here for several years after bouncing around from shop to shop literally all over town for years. I used to drive 30-40 minutes across town just to get my nails done how I like, until she wasn’t consistent anymore and I had to keep searching. This nail shop is not only consistently good but also close to my house and in a good area, but it didn’t become my favorite until Karina came. Karina has changed the game for me and my nails forever, she has raised my standards of nail care and has become a very special person and friend in my life. She is not only amazingly educated about nail care, but also a wonderful delightful person to talk to. She cares about people and the work she does and I just enjoy her presence so much and my nails have been healing since she’s been taking care of them. I have one nail in particular that has been damaged for decades and literally was always breaking and splitting before I could get in for a repair. After being with Karina regularly for months, maybe a year? I don’t have the same problems with that nail anymore. I’m so grateful for her in my life thank you Karina!🙏💝💅

  Karina is hands down one of the best nail techs I’ve ever gone to. She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes her time to make sure both my manicure and pedicure are absolutely perfect every single visit. What really stands out is her attention to the small details. Nothing feels rushed, and she makes sure everything is clean, precise, and exactly how I want it. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. On top of that, she’s so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re someone who appreciates those little details being done right, I highly recommend Karina. I always leave loving my nails.
