  My mum has been coming to MAC and supporting this company since the early 2000’s till this LQBTQ+ employee (male) made my mom feel like she didn’t belong there. He acted like a “mean girl” and was shocked at how he didn’t want to help her find her shade, he acted like he knew it all and better than her, I have nothing against gay or trans employees but when they start to act like they’re better and decide to put down my mum by making her feel bad… that’s when you cross the line, I hope you get the negative karma you deserve, my mum didn’t like your attitude and I hope you work for a company you actually want to help people in.

  Had my makeup done by Mary for a special night out. She was the best- listened to what I wanted and found colours to match my skin tone and outfit for the night. Such great attention to detail and took her time with me. Would absolutely recommend her!

  In town for a wedding. Jose was my artist. I knew I was in good hands when I saw his makeup! It was FLAWLESS! He created a full soft glam look for me. It came out amazing!!!!! He added his personal touch by giving me a smoky undereye which I’ve never had before, but I absolutely loved it! I will recommend Jose to any & everyone! My face was a blank canvas and he created a work of art! Thank you Jose!

  The workers here are always so rude and look at you in the most awful way. They are not willing to help. I always have to go to the Ulta Mac because for some reason the workers at this location are not nice or helpful. You think you can go at a different time but no they are always the same mean workers
