  There was a lady in front of me that got a great treatment opened her account gave advices and samples to her, meanwhile I was next I was getting a side eye while lookin around and she asked me Disdainfully if I need something . I asked for the product I got and she just grabbed them and kept only treating the other lady ( mind you it was just me and her) . Than when it was my turn she didn’t even ask if I have account to get my points ( it was a100$ purchase pretty much the same as the other lady) just brushed me off and said here’s your total, when I said I think I have an account she almost tolled her eyes and picked up a phone. While the other lady in front got asked about her day got advices on how to apply everything and didn’t even knew about the account and she Highly recommended her to get one. Probably because I wasn’t dressed too fancy I was dressed super casual. Kind of a pretty woman moment. Definitely not ok and I won’t be back in this location.

  Every time I visit this location, the employees go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I need. A special shoutout to Chris! He was incredibly patient while helping me color match my skin tone until we found the perfect foundation shade. I’m not very experienced with makeup, and I have EXTREMELY dry skin, but Chris introduced me to their moisturizer (and honestly just using moisturizer in general), and it has completely changed the foundation game for me lol. I truly appreciate the excellent service!

  I came in from out of town and my MUA Felicia was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely come back!
