  These soaps are top quality and they have the most luxurious smells made with 100% essential oils and fragrance oils. These are the top tier handmade body soaps , honey , and they are well worth their money. Not to mention that , the customer service is A ++! Their bath bombs also smell so delicious.I mean, everything in here smells delicious.You know , once you get close to the store because you smell all the beautiful aroma coming from it. I take my girls here sometimes to get facials and try out all the stuff.It is really inexperience. The employees allow you to try the products and they are so polite. Lush is a staple in our home.

  Although I LOVE Lush products and use a lot of them I gave this store one star due to the lack of customer service. My sister and I went in because I wanted to buy her some much needed hand cream and love Helping Hands so I wanted to get it for her. We were in the store about 10 minutes and NOT once were we acknowledged. The 2 sales associates were talking amongst themselves despite us walking by them and then even walking by us. We finally left without a purchase. These 2 have no business in the customer service industry. Visited on 4/20 around 3pm. Very disappointed and will stick to the location in The District at Green Valley. MUCH better customer service there.

  Sales Rep Julie I think?? was awesome! Cool person, good conversationalist and able to connect well plus upsold me.:) I will tell you I regret buying my foot lotion and supplies since you have turned body products to propaganda. Referencing Palestine which isn’t a place or state by the way is ridiculous. Why you are printing that on labels is beyond me. Focus on your products, skin care ect. Stay out of politics. Especially, when you don’t have a clue about history. I’m not sure I will be back to a store of yours now. Do better!
