  I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Jorge for going above and beyond! 💚 I came in after a Massage Bar I ordered online unfortunately melted, and Jorge was incredibly helpful in getting it replaced. What really stood out to me was how much time and care he took with me. He didn’t make me feel like just another customer. He talked to me like I was a longtime friend, listened to what I was looking for, and genuinely made me feel welcomed and valued. Jorge is such a great asset to the company. His knowledge, kindness, and authentic approach to customer service really made a difference. I actually ended up leaving with several other products because he helped me discover scents that were exactly what I love, especially the hydrating and calming ones. It’s employees like Jorge who make the experience so special. Please recognize him for the incredible job he’s doing! 💚✨

  I’m a regular customer and I felt compelled to write this because what I witnessed on 2/11 was completely unacceptable. I was in the store when a man who is now posting under the review name “Mr. Man” came in and began aggressively harassing the staff. His behavior was loud, confrontational, and clearly intended to intimidate. At one point, he crossed a serious line and physically hit one of the female employees. It was shocking and disturbing to watch. The team handled the situation with incredible professionalism. They stayed composed, didn’t escalate the situation, and focused on keeping everyone safe despite being verbally abused and physically assaulted. That takes strength and restraint. No one comes to work expecting to be treated that way, and certainly not to be hit. To see that same individual now posting a fabricated version of events is beyond disappointing. What he’s claiming does not reflect what actually happened. I was there. The staff did not provoke him. They were calm, respectful, and simply trying to do their jobs. This team consistently goes above and beyond. Every time I visit, I’m greeted warmly. They’re attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. They create a welcoming environment, and it’s the reason I continue to come back. It’s rare to find a group of employees who maintain such a high level of customer service, especially while dealing with difficult and sometimes abusive customers. The character of a team really shows in tough moments, and on 2/11 they showed integrity, professionalism, and resilience. They deserve recognition and support, not false accusations from someone who behaved inappropriately. As a loyal customer, I stand behind this team 100%. They are hardworking, kind, and committed to providing great service even under pressure. That speaks volumes.
