I reached out to buy a body butter that I absolutely love, and she went above and beyond to help me. Pamela was incredibly patient while setting up my profile, making sure to ask all the right detailed questions to get everything just right. To top it off, the shipping was incredibly fast—I received my package in California just two days later! Pamela even reached out over text message afterward to follow up and ensure everything arrived safely. This level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer! :)

I have been here multiple times, and sometimes no one even greets you when you walk in. I hope the store takes its staff’s basic customer service more seriously.
