I have been here multiple times, and sometimes no one even greets you when you walk in. I hope the store takes its staff’s basic customer service more seriously.

Maybe fine if you're purchasing items to take with you, BUT if you're taking the option to have items shipped to you as I did thinking it would be a convenient way to not have to travel out of state with the items think again. This location will over promise and under deliver. DO NOT opt to have items to be delivered. For some bizarre reason, you're told that the only option for delivery to another state is ground delivery which is insane in the times of getting items in one or two days tops. I've been waiting for what will amount to a month for items that I ordered. When the items were returned to the location due to a missing apartment number on a hand written order by Cindy on site while placing the order, the manager Richard blamed me for not having included the information on a delivery slip that I didn't create. What's unfortunate is that not only have I still not received my items that I paid for IN FULL, but I've been told by the manager that it's up to me to figure out how to cancel the order for a full refund. Rude, unprofessional, and solidly not what I expected from L'occitane. Very disappointed and still waiting....
