  The spa and experience was really nice, much nicer than the South Point spa. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the automatic gratuity was only for the massage therapists and not the lady who did our pedicures. It feels like they're purposely cutting her out and she did a great job and should get her hair share of the included tip. We tipped separately but I imagine she gets shorted often. I also wish there were more chairs in the pool area, there was only 4 or 5 and all of them were in use when I went so I had nowhere to set my stuff and wasn't able to use them.

  I had an 80 minute signature from a masseuse named dream. I have a lower back injury (herniated disc), so I asked for a towel to support my hips/lower back. The massage was an ok price for Vegas/ a resort. But Dream specifically was AMAZING. This was the best massage of my life. She's like a magician. It was like she could feel what areas were tense and what they needed. My back was popping like crazy but in the best way. Even 80 minutes didn't feel long enough. She avoided my lower back at my request, but honestly I think she would have been fine. The massage gave me all day access to the spa. It was nice and clean, but I didn't bother spending any time there. I did use the gym while I was at the hotel (you access it via the spa and sign in). The gym is small but clean and well maintained. It has a few basic machines, treadmills, one stair master, dumbbells and some benches. Be aware that they do add a 20% tip but you can technically remove it if you ask. I did not do this, just pointing it out.

  I had an initial issue with service. However, the manager handled my issue so efficiently. I had the best masseuse named Angela. Angela was amazing!!!!! She was very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable.

  Overall my experience was lovey. I loved the purifying facial I received. The spa wasn’t packed really set up nicely. It was relaxing and has also decided to have a pedicure. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub room was not big but it was kept very clean. Overall I would return. I only think the manicure and pedicure were very over priced.
