- ALAmber LaraJul 10, 20231.0I have extremely long hair and I asked for no more than 1 inch off and they cut off 4-5 inches… I also have textured hair and they did NOT work around that. They cut my hair as if it was straight so when I left the salon with wet hair it curled up and looked like a mullet. I asked for butterfly layers and I ended up getting wolf layers. If you’re a POC, consider going to a POC salon instead. I felt rude to request a woman of color, but they assured me that they were experienced in textured hair. Definitely not.

It was $35 when I started going there a few years ago it's now $55 my friend came with me once and just got her hair trimmed $40. I do like the job they do though. Recently used a new hairstylist and received the worst haircut. I want my money and my hair back. I'm disgusted.
