  I read the reviews and decided to take a chance on this location anyway, due to its proximity to other things I would be doing while in the area. Biggest issue: I paid $85–not including a pre-service tip of $20–for a 60 minute massage…the total time of my massage was closer to 35 minutes when taking into consideration that the massage started after 3:08 pm (looked at my watch prior to undressing based on a previous review; massage began about 5 minutes after that) and ended at 4:01 pm, and the person doing my massage stepped out at least 3 times to address people coming in, despite there being someone else manning the reception area. The masseuse did not massage my feet at all, otherwise, she pretty much addressed all other areas. Giving two stars instead of 1 because contrary to other recent reviews, the woman giving the massage did actually massage and didn’t just pat me down with lotion, and she was fairly polite. I do agree with another reviewer that they may use language barrier as an excuse to not ask for service preference or provide custom services; you will get whatever type of massage your masseuse wants to give you and any requests to ask for a specific type or to request more pressure, etc during will be met with blank stares or “oh, haha” and not be addressed. Would have likely given 4 stars if it hadn’t been for the less than 60 minute massage when I paid for 60 minutes.

  I went today and have a great 1 hour massage with Cindy. She was very pleasant and also kind. She worked my neck and back knots right out. Felt great getting it done and feels great now. Thank you again Cindy, you will be seeing me again.

  Called prior to see if they had an opening for 60 mins massage, the lady that answered insisted that I can do a walk in and says the massage would be $80. No prob, I got there 735pm, she tells me she only has 30min, I tell her that’s ok, I’ll rebook another time as my intention was to receive a 60 min massage.. she then begs me back and says she can do the 60min massage. I asked are you sure, she says yes 3x.. we start massage 740pm, she skips through alot of steps and endes massage at 830pm. I wasn’t pleased at all. She could’ve a just said she didn’t want to give me a massage. They also didn’t have any other clients, and closes at 10pm

  Friendly, but service is not as expected. My whole body was just in agony. I needed a deep tissue, I came in and the younger lady said she could only do 30 mins. I said I wanted an hour. I said I would go somewhere else. They were speaking in mandarin and the older lady said just give her an hr. I speak mandarin so i intercepted and made sure she understood me. The younger girl then made me pay for an hour $80 with a $5 credit card fee and I tipped $20 on top of that before the massage.It started at 8.02pm, I know that because right when she started my phone rang. For 30 mins she just applied minimum pressure , no massage skills at all. Just press here press there. She turnt me over after 35 mins and did a neck massage for 5 mins and during that the cameras in the room Showed a gentleman come in the front door she spent a few mins looking into the camera the next thing I know she kinda touched my kegs and said we were done. She ran outside to another room came back gave me a water. I looked at my phone it said 8.45. I didn’t get my full hour and I didn’t feel I had a massage at all. Just a rub down with lotion. Very disappointed at the service. She wasn’t rude but I could tell she rather massage a man. She was dressed low cut top, full face makeup ready to service. I know what I’m talking about I’m a grown Asian lady in my 40s. Had massages done all over the world. U want real massage go somewhere else. I saw two other older ladies maybe they were the real deal. But not the girl who massaged me I was too exhausted to even complain or say anything. It’s the end of the day I’m a mom of 4 kids. A waste of my $105 on nothing.

  My experience was amazing, each time I felt the staff paid attention to what I needed and succeeded. Thanks another! Oh and my first back walk was tremendous, I couldn't believe it.
