  To be clear, we had 2 cuts scheduled and one of them (the trim) is perfect. But cut number 2? HORRIBLE. For one, she was late and I should have walked out then. For two, she had her hands full and dropped stuff going into their back room, but proceeded to KICK her keys into the room. For three, she absolutely BUTCHERED my daughter’s hair, she’s going to freshmen year “looking like a boy” (her words, not mine). I’ve already reached out to another stylist to see if it’s even fixable but it’s not. I’m attaching the inspo pics and the back of what she got

  Stands of my hair fell out and melted here, the color process turned gummy and sticky and dried then chunks of my natural hair snapped off and broke at the roots. Clumps of hair fell out of my head, and my natural hair was destroyed it will be years for my natural hair to grow back healthy again. I reported it to the salons next to the University of Florida who have 5.0 stars on Google and everyone should go to Florida to a good hair salon.

  Had the regis product I needed at a fair price
