My friends and I all enjoyed an incredible massage and facial, followed by a private hot tub and sauna experience that was completely serene. A thoughtful personal touch as added for me - a sweet birthday cake and champagne, which made the entire visit feel so warm and special. A special shoutout to Rachel and the staff whose kindness and care made the experience even more wonderful.

It is a true hidden gem in New Mexico that I only recently found out about. I was treated to an incredible massage followed by a private hot tub and sauna experience. It was so serene. What truly made it unforgettable was the personal touch. A sweet little birthday cake and champagne waiting for me in the private spa suite, which made the whole visit feel warm. A special shout out to Violet, who was kind beyond measure and made the experience that much more wonderful.

I sent two emails to the spa requesting the change, but no one ever replied. Finally I called them and cancelled the reservation and also told them that this kind of lack of customer service is most definitely not up to Four Seasons five-stars standards. But there was zero attempt at guest recovery. I am very familiar with Four Seasons and have stayed with them at various locations around the world. But the Four Seasons in Santa Fe is doesn't even have the customer service skills of a Hampton Inn.

- EPEduardo PadillaJul 1, 20235.01st time here and was just Great, my wife and I took the couple retreat and we was able to enjoy the spa from 10am to 2pm, 5 therapies in the package and the cherry of the cake was the private casita for 50m with a hot tub and steam room, the entire staff was super friendly, extremely recommended and we will return soon!
