  My hair stylist was Victoria Ontiveros. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s not only incredibly personable and easy to talk to, but her skill and attention to detail really stand out. She took the time to truly understand what I wanted, explained the process, and delivered results that were everything I hoped for and more. I left feeling so confident and happy with my hair!

  I asked for a bob got a mullet. If you have curly hair don’t go here. Edit: never returning. That’s insane you would even imply that.

  Horrible horrible service. Brought my daughter here to get a haircut. Who I’m guessing is the manager was gossiping about other employees, just plain rude with and attitude and my daughter got a horrible hair cut I am so unhappy and will never be back this place is so toxic and un professional. I will never ever wish the things she was saying on anyone.

  Thank you to Ana M. at the salon and Aisha and Kiera at the makeup department!!! You 3 are lifesavers!!! I had a disastrous trial bridal appointment at a high-end salon here in town, so my mom and I went to JCPenny because she remembered Ana doing her hair in a pinch before a funeral. Ana listened to me, looked at my reference photos, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. She also referred me to the girls at the JCPenny makeup department, who did complimentary makeup for me and my mom. I cannot thank them enough. Kiera (makeup) really elevated my natural features and made me feel so beautiful! She too communicated with me throughout the process and helped me achieve my dream look. I now I have a bridal look I am happy with. The JCPenny salon and makeup department are now coordinating with each other and scheduling to make sure I get the bridal look I want for my day. Thank you JCPenny ladies for saving the day on such short notice!!!
