- ATAvery TolthMay 21, 20261.0I’m very disappointed in JC Penny Salon. We went to a gal by the name of Kim to give my wife a trim and complete highlights. My wife came back with choppy hair and the colors to the highlights were completely different from what we asked for. On top of that it did not look good and the cost of it all was outrageous! We will not be coming back to this place, very awful experience with inexperienced hair stylist.

I showed up 10 mins early for my 630 appt, and after an hour I was still waiting. Nobody asked me if I had been helped. I expressed the inconvenience by asking “what is the point of making an appointment??” What’s worse, the stylist knew I was there waiting and didn’t come out to apologize or let me know how much longer I would have to wait. I seriously waited just to see if she would and how long she was going to let me sit there. What kind of service is that??!! This is by far the worst experience ive ever had, totally beats the time I got a bad hair cut. There needs to be a negative option instead of one star.
