  Bad haircut; I asked for only 4 inches to be cut off with long layers with thinning (thick hair) but 6 inches was taken with an uneven blunt cut and some layers. I asked to be corrected and they said due to it being over 7 days they would still charge me at full price for their mistake. I should say be careful if you’re a walk-in.

  Called at 510pm to ask if they do eyebrow waxing and the person who answered stated Yes and that they close at 6pm today. So took me 5 mins to get there. 2 employees sitting down on their phones, neither of them greeted us. I said hello. And finally 1 of them got up. I asked to get a eyebrow wax and they both said they were off the clock. I told them I just had called and they just said Were off the clock. I asked about the other lady who had a client because I was willing to wait but she didnt bother to ask her and still told me no. For future, if you get a customer calling about going in same day, probably state that your not taking any more for the day.

  I just got a perm over five weeks ago and only needed a trim. Nathalia completely combed out my hair (I usually only use my fingers because PERM) and then proceeded to blow-dry my hair using the comb also! She eventually switched to using a round brush to blow-dry, but that's not any better! My hair was fluffy with ZERO defined curls. If my curls are gone after my next shampoo, I'm going to be so angry. Do not trust Nathalia with your permed or curly hair; expensive cut for someone who doesn't know how to work with certain hair types.

  Went to Fairlane salon. First of all there was a snow storm today and I didn't expect the stylist to be there but she was with the best attitude ever. I just wanted my hair to be cut, first at this salon and with Gail. She exceeded my expectations. Her years of professional experience showed. My reshape was what I anticipated and will return. A little pricey but worth it for sure if you seek perfection. I would highly recommend.

  Poor customer service experience- Didn’t receive the haircut I wanted, I showed the stylist and she laughed and said that I made my hair sound complicated. Work area was not clean, there was hair all over the desk and overall was not friendly. The actual haircut was basic. But wouldn’t go back again.
