I love Sephora. I never had a problem with it, but this location everyone is bad on the spring sale. I went in. I bought over 13 items and I ask the cashier to apply my discount and I’m rouge member and she didn’t apply my discount which is I was supposed to get over $80 off and most of the stuff was gift I gave it to family members and when I look at the receipt after two days, it shows that she didn’t apply my discount I went in they didn’t do anything for me. They made me bring back the stuff and return everything and buy it again. How I would do that if I already give the stuff as a gift to family members is bad to ask for the gift back. This is ridiculous. They’re just making me not come back to Sephora anymore. I was by the location I called. I asked for store manager. A lady said that she is a store manager and after two minutes I went to the store. They told me the store manager is not there so that means they just lie and said the store manager was talking to me. Buying a $400 stuff they did not give out any samples and a lady next to me bought $50 amount. They gave her three samples of stuff. Are they treating their customers based on their religion or they should treat all the customers the same?

I went to this location 3/29 after being inside of my home for 6 months without human contact so the experience was already off putting and overwhelming for me. I went to try some new concealers and purchase some perfume. As 1/2 black people in the store security kept following me around. Very awkward experience and I didn’t know that we’re still racially profiling black Americans in 2026. Truth be told I work from home and probably make more than security combined. Not to be cocky, but I have NO reason to steal, EVER!! I called the store 3/30 and spoke to the “supervisor” Naomi after I informed her I will be making a complaint with the corporate office and the only thing I needed was their names because they followed me the ENTIRE time I was there, which was a little over 30 min before I got so overwhelmed I ended up leaving after helping one of their customers (an older lady) because the store did not want to help her. (An older black woman) she liked how I did my makeup and wanted to know what products I used. After helping her, I left. Completely forgot about the perfume I meant to buy. Anyways Naomi did not want to give me the employees names after I told her I was going to submit a corporate complaint for her staff to get proper training on how to spot shop lifters vs racially profiling people. While in the store I noticed a Caucasian brunette woman pocketed an item and I didn’t say anything after I realized security was STILL following me around, instead of observing actual shoplifters. After I told Naomi I NEEDED the names she did not want to give me the employees names and I’m sure it’s because she TRAINS her staff to harass black women!! Mind you the security following me was a LATIN WOMAN!! So I find it even more disgusting and disrespectful that I was treated like a CRIMINAL from another poc. I will be submitting a more thorough complaint to corporate and also informing them of the managers refusal to assist after being informed that her staff was racially profiling the customers.

When I went to Sephora two days ago, a female employee asked if I needed help and I proceeded to show her online what I needed which happen to be out of stock. I kept looking around and the same female kept passing by me every 5 seconds watching me like a hawk. Then 2 minutes later the security was hovering around me as well. I didn’t end up buying what I needed because I got super uncomfortable, so I left.
