  I visited Prime IV today, and I have to say I’m extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. I was especially nervous because I have very deep veins that are usually difficult to access, but they got it on the very first try with no issues at all. That alone sold me! The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere really added to the calming experience they aim to provide. I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you Prime IV, see you soon!

  Melissa and her team care about helping people feel their best. They have conversations and develop plans that are most suited to personal goals. They are wonderful nurses! And the chairs are heavenly.

  I’ve been with Prime IV for a now and renewed membership member. The IV treatment I’ve received have improved my physical and mental wellbeing. At first I thought It was just a thing others were doing a fad. I now know it’s much more. The team of professionals are incredible but I do have a favorite “my shoutout to Melissa”. She is incredible, never has any issues inserting my IV and her attention to details concerning my needs goes over and above in my opinion. She makes everyone feel important. I highly recommend this location. You have to experience it to appreciate the benefits of the services. I’m so glad I found this place.

  I absolutely love this place! Melissa is beyond amazing! She’s super knowledgeable and can always figure out what drip and injections I need! I always leave my appointment feeling confident with my service and better than ever, it truly works!!!!

  Came in on $99 intro offer. Additional charge of $39 exam to cover their ass.(Yes, I paid to cover their ass). Literally a two minute conversation with a medical professional talking to me from the seat of her car over the Internet. Was never told about this additional charge at the time of being offered the intro offer. A lot of passive-aggressive upselling by nurse administrating IV (“but I am not going to pressure you”). Would have preferred an approach where she explained to me the benefits of the minerals or vitamins and provided me with paperwork support ( Studies supporting efficacy) for me to look at to make my decision. These could’ve been provided ahead of time so as not to eat into my appointment time, as I recognize that they are a busy company. Following setting me up in the chair, and setting up the IV she was never heard from again in regard to seeing how I was doing or how the therapy was for me after I received it. Massage chair was aggravating with my pre-existing conditions( not their fault; can only adjust a chair with pre-existing setting so much). Felt worse than when I walked in (Neck pain aggravated, back pain aggravated, and nauseous.) Hope to feel improvement as vitamins impacts my system. I gave them benefit of doubt in my star rating hoping that I’ll feel a little better after the hydration takes effect. Place felt like a clean, nice atmosphered mill to me. I am more of a science based type person. Aesthetics really don’t influence me dramatically. I just might not be the right customer fit for them. They might be more suited for those who are influenced by aesthetics rather than results. Only reason I wrote a review was because they hit me up for one 15 minutes after my appointment through my phone which is probably why they have 200+ reviews. An actually caring place would’ve followed up with a phone call of concern and stated if you were happy with the service “could I send you a link to review us” and if in pain advice to aid recovery. Think this supports my belief that it’s an automated mill. Not my cup of tea on how healthcare is supposed to be done.
