I arrived half an hour before my appointment I was told it was only going to be a half an hour appointment then I realize the woman is braiding this woman's hair it's going to be another half an hour it's past my appointment time these guys don't care about anybody's time they just go about their business. I was lied to and wasted my time and energy to get here

Her hair was a complete mess and pieces were the size up to her neck and many unequal pieces she now has to grow out... Horrible job.... Never going back to her... Nightmare
