I scheduled an appointment, 6pm, went for the appointment and the rude little girl at the counter never even stood up, she sat there with her nasty shoes on the counter and took my name. She goes into the back and comes back and tells me my stylist has left for the day and no one else can take me? That’s it. No apologies no reschedule, nothing. I won’t be back. Stylists should take their job more seriously and the front desk person should be way more professional.

I was so scared going to a stylist I hadn't ever been to before, but Ken did an amazing job. He took his time, I not once felt rushed, he was so sweet, and everything turned out so even. You'd think that'd always be the case leaving the salon but rarely have I had such a clean cut. Thank you to Ken, I'm so happy to have found my new stylist!
