  I don’t normally write reviews, butI had the best experience with Imelda! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was how much attention she paid to making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She got me really numb before starting, which made the injections much easier and far less painful than I expected. You can truly tell that Imelda cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. She is knowledgeable, gentle, detail-oriented, and genuinely wants the best results for you. I absolutely love my lips and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Imelda to anyone considering lip filler or Botox.

  DO NOT PARTNER WITH DERMANI MEDSPA I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Dermani Medspa was disappointing. I received a complimentary express facial through my Pilates membership and scheduled a same-day appointment for 4:30 PM. I was told that as long as I completed the required medical history form beforehand, I would be ready for my appointment. I completed the form as instructed. After driving across town during rush-hour traffic, I was running only about 6–7 minutes behind. As I was parking, I received a call at 4:36 PM and in less than 1 minute I was told that my appointment was being canceled because I was not yet inside the building. At no point during scheduling was I informed of a late-arrival policy. I was later told by the Clinical Director, Margie, that the late policy is 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, which made the cancellation even more frustrating since it occurred before that grace period had expired. I also could not find this policy posted online or in the office. I understand the need for scheduling policies, but canceling an appointment before the stated grace period felt unreasonable. As a first-time client receiving a complimentary service through a partner program, I left feeling that the service was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a commitment they had chosen to offer.
