- JDJennifer Duda5 days ago1.0Horrible customer service! Booked my daughter a haircut a week ago to have the salon call me to tell me they are canceling my appointment because they are closing early. Then they told me they would help me reschedule but yet told me they have nothing the next few days and only have 4 pm on Monday. I am not leaving work early to bring my daughter for a haircut. I then called the store and supposedly spoke with a manager who did apologize for the horrible customer service and took my name and number to call me “first thing” today when she got in to see what she can do to get us in the schedule. It’s now almost 2 pm and have yet to hear back. What an absolute joke. After seeing another review on Vicky, who by the way, is the only stylist online allows you book with…it seems to be a blessing in disguise she did not cut my daughter’s hair. Would absolutely never book with this “salon” again.

- DJDestiny JMar 4, 20181.0Truly disappointed! I cannot express this enough. I got a hair dye with the hair stylist Sheana and she died my hair darker than what I wanted. I tried talking to the manager but she was not comprehensive at alll!!! She told me that I had to stick to darker hair dye. Then she told me that my mom said I had to have darker hair. Mind you my mom does not even speak English!
