  I am incredibly sad to write this review because this used to be one of my favorite spas, but the quality of service has plummeted while the prices have remained high. Today, I booked a deep tissue massage, a facial, and a lash lamination, and it was the least relaxing experience I have ever had. First, I booked a full body deep tissue massage. The therapist asked for my areas of concern, so I mentioned my neck, shoulders, and forearms. Unbelievably, that is all she massaged—the entire rest of my body was completely ignored. On top of that, she never checked in on the pressure, which was incredibly painful at times. The room was freezing from the air conditioning, and she left my back completely undraped with a table fan blowing directly onto my skin. I was shivering the entire time. Next was the facial, which was equally disappointing. While the therapist was kind, she never asked a single question about my skin type or concerns. I have dry skin and was expecting a hydrating treatment with steam. Instead, she just rubbed products over my skin (focusing mostly on my shoulders and décolletage without any real pressure) and wiped them off with hot towels. The room was tiny, heavily air-conditioned, and once again, I was freezing. People go to a spa to feel listened to, cared for, and relaxed. There was zero communication or care today, and it felt like dealing with completely inexperienced therapists who have never actually received these services themselves. I will not be returning.

  Had a pedicure and manicure with Erin. My son is getting married (today!!) and she helped me chose the perfect polish and type of product. Wonderful start to the wedding festivities!
