I went in for a partial foil.. spent $120 and my hair barley looked any different / lighter. The hair dresser passed me over to another stylist half way through my service because she had another client who was upset with her service earlier that day. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. Extremely upset with the quality I received. I will no longer be a customer of JCpenny after my experience.
