  I live in Florida most of the year, and I’m sharing my experience with Idolize because they charged me exorbitant fees that could have been resolved in person. Recently, I was involved in a trial supporting the USG while also dealing with the loss of my father-in-law. With everything going on, I missed an appointment due to the disruption in my life. I was charged a 50% missed appointment fee (75$), but since I rebooked, I assumed that fee might be waived. I then rescheduled for May 1st. Unfortunately, I missed that appointment as well. They do NOT send same-day reminders like many other businesses do, which didn’t help. I was traveling with my 8-year-old granddaughter, and as anyone who travels from Southwest Florida knows, plans can change quickly. We intended to make it but weren’t able to due to late flight issues I was then charged another $150. In total, that’s around $200 in fees for missed appointments. From my perspective, there was no flexibility or understanding given the circumstances. I’ve included screenshots below. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious. Other franchises, like Burn Boot Camp, have been much more reasonable and accommodating in my experience. If your schedule is predictable and you never miss appointments, this may not be an issue—but if your life requires any flexibility, this may not be the right fit. The owner will share a rebuttal but do not believe her. She is not a kind person to deal with. If possible i can share the screenshots of our conversation - stay tuned.

  Katelyn does an amazing job threading my brows every time! And she is so fast; it's impressive! I had my first facial ever with her as well and she did an excellent job of explaining it every step of the way for me!

  Katelyn is the best! She is amazing at threading and i am always pleased with the results. the nashua location is always clean and maintained. staff are welcoming when you arrive.

  I’ve been coming here for threading services and I’m always impressed! Katelyn is incredibly gentle, precise, and really takes the time to shape my brows perfectly. The place is clean, welcoming, and the service is quick. Prices are very reasonable too!
