I found out after my foil, as I was being washed, that that was the end of my appointment. I had to leave with my hair wet and honestly was a little bit horrified. I always expect, especially at a seemingly high end place, that I'd always have my hair dried and styled. Who pays that kind of money to leave with soaking wet hair 😢. No apology or anything. They never ask if you want to book another appointment and this time I was glad they didn't. I'll never go back or recommend again.
