  I wish I could give 1 million stars to this location!! Nothing can express the gratitude I have for Craig. Let me start with the fact that it’s been over a year since my last haircut! 😂 (I know, I know…. Don’t come after me…. Gas prices are WILD and when it comes to cutting costs, my hair is last on my mind.) Not only was Craig EXTREMELY personable, and never judged my detrimental need for a cut with all of my dead ends, but he truly gave me the best experience I’ve ever had in a hair salon. I had a very strange moment where I got extremely overheated. (Nothing to do with the salon!!) I forget to drink enough water sometimes, and mixed with the cape…. Craig graciously pointed the fans toward me and even gave me water to help me cool down. I was COMPLETELY embarrassed, but Craig made sure to help me feel comfortable, and made sure I understood that I wasn’t a burden in this abnormal situation. He didn’t rush my haircut after the situation, and kept checking on me to make sure I was feeling better. I just need Great Clips to know that they truly have a GEM, and Craig deserves the biggest promotion for his excellent customer service skills and his genuine care for people! Thank you soooooo INCREDIBLY much Craig, for treating me so well!!! You deserve the absolute best!! I’ll be back soon for sure!!

  Had great service. Had to wait a bit since there were only 2 ladies working and 4 people waiting... The check in on line wasn't working that day so we couldn't do that. But the lady gave a great haircut...

  I had been going to the Great Clips- Papillion, 72nd street location for many years. I'm not quite sure what happened. I am embarrassed to say that begging 5 months ago, I received the worst haircut that I have ever had. I thought, it's no big deal. It will grow out. And then 6 or seven weeks later, I returned and sat in the same persons chair. I was nervous but I was hopeful that it would be different, because anyone can have an off day....right? Nope. From the same girl, (30ish, dark hair ), I asked for a standard tapered haircut but I received the same, broken bowl cut that I received before. I was furious with myself for being foolish enough to give it a second chance and always tipping the $10 max, because I believe people in the service industry, (even if they're bad) still need to buy groceries. After having lived with 2 ridiculously bad haircuts for a total of three and a half months, I went back last week. I saw the same person there and thought how could they still be working there? I can't be the only person to have this experience? This LAST time, I waited for another person. (50ish, long blonde hair) I can only assume that she was following what had been done before. The pictures I shared show the result. I can't understand how a business like this is able to function. After a total of $33 ×3, and looking and feeling bad for several month,...I'm done. Never ever again.
