  AMAZING!!! Angie was so sweet and she explained everything thoroughly for me and my 6 year old. My daughter has teeny lobes and Angie explained how the different size earrings would work on them. We opted to go from the butterfly to the stud and my daughter was still happy, plus we got a discount on pairs for when we’re able to change them out. SO happy we came here! Having nurses do the piercings is genius btw! Don’t let the price scare you, the care and quality is so important and worth it!!

  Kami pierced my 3 year old daughter’s ears and she made it such an easy process for both her and I. I love that the piecers are nurses, especially where my daughter is younger. It was a very clean and friendly business. Highly recommend going here.

  Got our 2 yr old daughter's 1st ear piercing today!! Mommy and daddy was definitely nervous and anxious 😅 But nurse Kami was patient and understanding which helped us to calm down and get the process done. Our daughter stopped right when it was done and got a lollipop 🍭. 😊

  I can't say enough good things about my piercing experience at Rowan! I had a lobe piercing done at a tattoo/piercing parlor last August, needless to say it did not go well. I ended up having to take them out and let them grow shut. I wanted to have it redone so went to Rowan after seeing that the piercing is done by nurses. It was a totally opposite experience! They were helpful, kind, gentle and even made recommendations for earrings after hearing what I was wanting! And the earrings she recommended were actually the cheapest option and I love them! No upselling. Which I appreciated! I did the needle piercing (which I had also done at the tattoo parlor) and it didn't even hurt. Just a pinch. She explained step by step what she was doing and clearly sanitized everything before piercing. The explanation of after care was clear, I got no advice for after care at the tattoo parlor! I even bought a spray to help with the healing. Again, nothing from the tattoo parlor. I had some scar tissue from the first piercing that she worked around so I would get the best results! I received more info at Rowan than I did at the tattoo parlor. When I look back at my first experience, I was just another annoying piercing in their eyes, not at Rowan! They care! So, needless to say, no matter what age you are or what kind of piercing you are wanting, I HIGHLY recommend Rowan! I will tell all my friends to go there!

  This was a great experience! My daughter wanted her ears done for her 6th birthday and it was super easy to set up and everything was easy going. You pick what kind of piercing, how to get it pierced, jewelry, and then the processes of getting done is fast and easy. They cleaned everything well and explained what they were going to do.
