  Honestly the staff was amazing and did a great job and made very sure that the placement was perfect my only sticking point was the price, it was 270 just to get my lobes pearced with the cheapest earings they offered.

  My nurse was great. She made sure the position of the holes were exactly where I needed them. She was very patient about explaining the options to me.

  I had a really good experience with the staff at Rowan when I got my tragus pierced. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Unfortunately, my experience with the jewelry was much more disappointing. I spent a significant amount of money on what I understood to be a gold earring. Because I work in MRI, I later noticed that the jewelry was ferrous—it would pull and irritate my piercing. I went back to Rowan to ask about it, and the nurse had to contact their headquarters to get clarification. I was then told that the pin on the earring is stainless steel or sterling silver, rather than being entirely gold. What was especially frustrating was that when I asked about switching the jewelry, I was told I would need to pay additional money for a replacement. Given the amount I had already spent on the piercing and jewelry, I didn’t feel that was reasonable. The staff themselves were great, and I have no complaints about the actual piercing experience. My concern is with the transparency and value of the jewelry. If a piece is marketed or understood by the customer to be gold, I think it should be clearly explained that parts of the jewelry are made from other metals—especially when that information can matter for someone who works around MRI equipment. Overall, I left feeling that the experience and jewelry were not worth what I paid, which is unfortunate because I really liked the staff and wanted to have a positive experience.

  I made an appointment for 4pm today. I got there early, picked out my jewelry, and was told to wait for my piercer. About 15 minutes later I watched two piercers leave and was subsequently told that both needle piercers had left for the day, so I could not have my appointment. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after watching the piercers leave during my appointment that would have taken 10 minutes max. They offered an alternative appointment tomorrow, but I don’t want to risk having my afternoon wasted again. I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

  What a horrible core memory for my daughter. So the whole place is a lie there so called nurse did a good job but didnt say anything about keeping them in for a year . We told 6 weeks you could put in new ones . My daughter weighted 6 months and had them for 2 days tryed for 5 to get back in. Called the store the (nurse) maddy said that happens co.e in and we can put spacers i them very nice. Go to the store and the manager no name qiven said its after ther 30 days policy...What you have to eait 6 weeks to take out so how would 30days help? They refused to help do anything 160 down the drain reached out the corporate just waiting her ears repierced. No just bots no real people there. So save your money and time and go to a tattoo shop.
