- SHSouham HabibMay 18, 20241.0There was a woman who was really rude and did not deal with people with manners. She cut my son’s hair and made him cry because he chose a style and wanted something similar, but she ruined his hair. I really regret visiting them and it will be the last time for sure.

JCP should do a better job adding staff that can work with different textures, styles, colors, etc of hair. No one on their current staff could provide the simple service I asked for. At least they called and told me before I wasted my time going there. Disappointing
