But how is it that every weekend this store completely books out the entire day within 10 min of opening. Today they literally have 1 stylist working. Every single weekend is like this and instead of managing correctly they just screw the city.

We bring a photo of what we want every time, and they will barely look at it. They just recite guard numbers from your last bad haircut in their computer system rather than listening to what you are saying. On top of that, the stylist was rude. She literally said she had to cut it much shorter than we asked for because, and I quote, “It’s not magic you know.” Wow

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
