  A short hair plantnium blonde haired lady named I think Georgie ldid my hair a while back and she did a bad job. She said she could do what I was asking for which was a ombré of blue and purple, it didn’t turn out remotely close to what I wanted and I was very disappointed. Then she did it again to try and fix it and it still wasn’t what I’d asked for. I didn’t end up leaving how I wanted but I did get refunded. She also isn’t a very nice person. Seemed like she was on something. She also sends pics and stuff to men who are in relationships. Overall she left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone!

  Honestly if I could leave a negative star review I would. I booked my first appointment online for a Balayage, which makes you schedule another treatment with it, I added on hair mask and trim. After choosing said treatments I scheduled for a Sunday at 2:00 pm. Their hours on Sundays are 12- 6 pm. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:55 for my 2:00 appointment I checked in and my hairstylist walked me back and told me we didn't have time to do what I wanted, so she was just going to do highlights, so first visit $150 and I was leaving at 6:00 with not what I wanted and having to reschedule to comeback. We ended up rescheduling once due to a snow storm and once because I was sick. Finally I showed up for my rescheduled appointment at 12:00 pm. I was there again until 6:00pm and again leaving with not what I wanted and another $150 down the drain. So $300 down the drain! I get married in less than 6 months and my hair looks like shit from how damaged it is, it honestly looks like I style my hair with way too much heat on my hair and I RARELY style my hair with heat, and by that I mean literally maybe 2x a year max for a special occasion. I'm attaching the Balayage style I was going for with my natural hair VS. what I received. And from previous reviews even on google, I doubt I will get a full refund or even a portion of it back

  Jocelyn has given my 3 year old a few haircuts in the past and she is phenomenal with him! he can be a little shy to warm up and a bit wiggly and she did great talking him through the cut and giving him things to hold and keep his hands busy during which helped a ton. She did a great job on his cut also! Love her!

  As someone who has never liked their hair, after 17 years of bad haircuts, I came here again, not expecting much, got as immediately and got the best haircut I've ever had, truly can't say thank you enough to oreja, you did amazing and even helped me get the products to maintain it, I'm definitely asking for her again

  So this place was cool. It doesn't seem like there be a whole lot of people that know about it but I was in the situation where I needed my haircut quickly and it was later in the day, and all the different haircutting salons and barber shops and Grand Forks seemed to be closed a lot of them inside their own operating hours.. probably due to Employment Staffing situations and shortages I suppose. Anyways, I got right in to this place with virtually no wait, and it's a well-maintained salon for women and men to get their haircut. It's located inside the mall which is cool if walking around in that area.. and the woman who cut my hair, can't recall her name, did a great job she had been working there for 5 years that says something at least they have experienced people. I was satisfied with the haircut, slightly less with the pricing but I think every place is price that way, aside from a few barber shops that still give you the deals. They also have shampooing which is cool if you still have to go around and do stuff and don't want itchy neck. Yeah this place is good I recommended it if you're in salon haircuts.
