  After a recent surgery I was struggling to feel myself again. I decided to give IV hydration a try. I feel much better! I did the introductory 20% off an IV + member experience. The member experience was lovely—massage chair for the 60 minutes it took for my IV and a warm blanket. My only critique is that while the staff I interacted with were very kind and knowledgeable—one was very loud in speech and actions. The other was very calm, quiet, and gentle which kept the atmosphere very restful. I will go back and I’m considering the membership.

  I went to prime IV several times. Experience was great in the beginning and kind of declined as time went on My biggest complaint right now is I try to cancel my membership in late 2025, it still hasn't been canceled and they've been charging me every single month. No emails have been returned with several attempts made! So my advice is, don't buy the membership! Because it's hard to cancel!

  i am so happy with my experience. from the front to the back beginning to end was amazing. our nurse was the very best. she made the visit twice as good. i can’t say enough good.
