  Prime IV is the best! I have been coming for several months and my iv treatments have helped with my over all wellness. The staff is wonderful.

  The nurse was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and how the membership works. She shared all the information in a way I could understand it. She was always checking with me to see if everything was ok. I would definitely recommend to others.

  I had a great experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Bree was especially caring, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I had a positive experience. I highly recommend Prime IV Hydration & Wellness to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and personalized care. I will definitely be back!

  Initially this was amazing. I even got a few people to go because of how convenient it was. Being on trt it can be hard to consume enough liquids to keep you levels were they need to be. However, recently I have not been impressed with their scheduling and communication. I have made one appointment and made it to the place and no one was there. They closed for weather, but no posts on Facebook were made to communicate that and no call to notify me of the cancellation. Then we checked for appointments one Saturday morning and say they had them, got ready and started in from DL and went to book the appointment and they were gone and so we called and were told that no nurse was available. Then a third time when they had appointments on the website available told oh we have a thing in Jamestown. My wife called and talked to an Emily who said we could come in and I cancelled an appointment to make it, then when she called back some rude person said "that's not happening". I was told they would reach out to set up an appointment after the first time mess up on their part. This place has poor customer service and there are other options in the area that you can go to. So I will start doing that. ✌️ It has potential to be awesome, but right now to be honest kind of sucks.
