The reception staff were helpful, warm, and welcoming. Lucy, my stylist, was very nice. I thought we had pleasant conversation. I was unsure of how I wanted my hair to look. A couple of questions (about specifics) and suggested options , from Lucy, assisted with the solution. She was meticulous, took her time, and did a great job! The result was exactly what I wanted! I felt valued and heard as a customer. Thanks again, for the great work Lucy! Will most definitely be going back!
