  I have had issues with ear piercing due to infections and my holes closing. At Rowan the lady there gave me great advice and advised me to get a needle piercing instead of the gun piercing due to tissue buildup. Rowan is very professional and Rowan is the best place to get your ears pierced especially because there is licensed nurses/professionals.

  I had my second ear piercing done today by the one and only Victoria, and all I can say is WOW! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I had a keloid removed about 23 years ago, so I was understandably nervous about getting another piercing. I also had my ears pierced for over 20 years without any issues, and Victoria took the time to listen to my concerns. She was honest about the best placement for my new piercing and never made me feel rushed while I decided on the location. Her expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence, and I walked out feeling amazing. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Victoria is absolutely at the top of her game, and because of the wonderful experience she provided, I’ll definitely be back for another piercing soon! I also hope her manager recognizes what an incredible asset she is. Exceptional customer service, professionalism, honesty, and genuine care like hers are hard to find. If you’re considering a new piercing, Victoria is the one you want. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

  I rarely leave reviews anywhere, but my experience here was very disappointing. I booked an appointment for my 3 year old daughter for her birthday and showed up to get her ears pierced. When we entered, the lady told us her ears were on the smaller side so we needed to choose the smallest earring for the best results. We did that, and were directed to the chair where they proceeded to clean her ears and get her ready for piercings… all to then change their mind and say her ears are just too small and they refused to pierce them. If her ears were too small and that’s an actual reason they refuse clients, they should have never even let us make it to the chair. I also mentioned I felt like that should be mentioned somewhere, since the website says they pierce 2 month olds and up. I was told “it’s not like we can tell you to measure her earlobes at home”. I just think it is so disheartening, especially when you have a child who was in the chair ready and now is having to leave with no earrings.

  I brought my 11yo granddaughter to have her ears pierced and Emily, the nurse who did it was fantastic!! She explained everything step by step as she told Bailey what to expect!! The place was sparkling clean as well! Great selection of earrings too!!
