  I had a great experience here. I came in super stressed because my helix had fallen out and I was worried it would close up. Erin was amazing, calmed me down and very friendly. She helped me out super speedy because I was on a time crunch. I would come back here and recommends others come check it out.

  Nurse Nicole did my tragus piercing today and did a great job! I didn’t feel a thing. 10/10 would recommend.

  I had the best experience having my hidden helix pierced! Tracy and Stephanie were true gems and I cannot wait to go back. I will recommend to everyone wanting to get another piercing. This will be the only place I will take my daughter when she is ready for her first ear piercing.

  Stephanie was phenomenal! So professional, took her time to explain everything to me and make sure everything was anatomically correct. Made me super comfortable. Highly recommend!

  So I have been in this store twice and both times, they were extremely rude. The first trip, I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The lady behind the counter was so mean to us that we almost left immediately, but my daughter really wanted her ears done and we were already there. They told my daughter that they couldn’t use the piercing tool (not sure I can type the other word) on her so they had to use the needle technique (which is more expensive and is what they told every single person that came in). She picked out her earrings and we were all set. They failed to mention that when they use the needle piercing technique, they sell their earrings individually, not by the set. So the $118 earrings she wanted would wind up being $236 and that’s just for the earrings, not including all of the other fees. I wasn’t going to write a review because everyone has bad days but we were in Mayfare shopping center today and I stopped in to ask a question about the back of one of the earrings and I had to walk about because the woman was being so condescending and impolite. It was the same lady that did the piercing and she seemed nice on our first visit. Anyway, if you go here, just plan on being treated poorly and spending a lot more money than you planned on.
