  So I have been in this store twice and both times, they were extremely rude. The first trip, I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The lady behind the counter was so mean to us that we almost left immediately, but my daughter really wanted her ears done and we were already there. They told my daughter that they couldn’t use the piercing tool (not sure I can type the other word) on her so they had to use the needle technique (which is more expensive and is what they told every single person that came in). She picked out her earrings and we were all set. They failed to mention that when they use the needle piercing technique, they sell their earrings individually, not by the set. So the $118 earrings she wanted would wind up being $236 and that’s just for the earrings, not including all of the other fees. I wasn’t going to write a review because everyone has bad days but we were in Mayfare shopping center today and I stopped in to ask a question about the back of one of the earrings and I had to walk about because the woman was being so condescending and impolite. It was the same lady that did the piercing and she seemed nice on our first visit. Anyway, if you go here, just plan on being treated poorly and spending a lot more money than you planned on.

  I walked in not even sure if I was going to get anything, and walked away with three new piercings and five new earrings! Everyone was very welcoming, but Nurse Nicole and Gabriella were incredible! Gabriella helped me decide what piercings I wanted and helped me pick out my jewelry, and Nurse Nicole did my piercings. They were both so kind and professional and made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable!

  We stopped into Rowan to inquire about piercings, and from the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help! I had the pleasure of having Nurse Nicole do my piercing, and she was absolutely fantastic, so kind, professional, and made the whole experience so comfortable. Gabriella at the front desk was such a dream as well! She was incredibly helpful in helping my daughter pick out some adorable jewelry and decide on the perfect piercing placements. We both walked away with such a wonderful experience and are so happy with our piercings! Everyone was amazing, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. We will definitely be back! 💕

  Last weekend we brought our daughter to get her ears pierced for her 6th birthday. She was extremely nervous. Steph was the best nurse we could have ever asked for. She not only explained how things would go and what to expect to me and my husband, she also explained it all to my daughter. Steph very calmly and thoroughly told our daughter every step she was doing, what she would feel, and what to expect during the entire process. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and calm that it amazed me and my husband (my child has ADHD and we weren’t sure how this would all work out). Aftery daughters ears were pierced, Steph then went over the after care in detail with me and my husband and then she gave our daughter the kid instructions. Steph was the most amazing nurse and made our daughter’s birthday wish come true. I will recommend Steph (and Rowan) to anyone who is thinking of getting a piercing. When my younger daughter is ready we will be back and request Steph again! 💜💜💜

  Such a cute piercing shop! My daughter and her friend did piercings together and had so much fun. They had great earring options, including flat backs. The piercers were kind and helpful.
