After my appointment, I reached out to her about making a small adjustment, and she immediately responded and made time for me that same evening. Not only did she fit me into her schedule, but she stayed several hours after closing to make sure I was happy. She completely reworked my hair, took great care to keep it healthy, did additional treatments, styled it beautifully, and even sent me home with a treatment sample to continue caring for it. What stood out most to me was how much she genuinely cared. She listened, was patient, and went above and beyond without ever making me feel like an inconvenience. That level of dedication and customer service is rare and so appreciated. If you're looking for someone who truly stands behind her work and cares about her clients, I highly recommend Rhonda.
