She helped me through the process to assure me it would, and didn’t even want the tip I gave her at checkout which was kind. Definitely go in and see her
- LLLMay 5, 20265.0I arrived and was greeted by 2 employees and waited for Britt to be available. While waiting for Britt I witnessed Tabitha greeting customers, getting them checked in and letting them know how long of a wait, cleaning her station in between each customer, staying busy. Been following Britt from store to store as she is worth it! Britt is attentive, great listener to what you want and quick to deliver the perfect haircut! Great to see a manager in the trenches with her employees doing the same thing she asks of them! .

- DCDon C.Apr 7, 20261.0Been going to this place for a while. Recently want a peaky blinder look and 4 hair cuts in and they still had it off center and couldn’t line it up right. I finally decided to just buzz it all off the day after Easter. The lady doesn’t even brush the hair off my face so I can barely open my eyes and my face is itching the whole time. I wipe my face off 2 separate times and then say wow the hair is making my face itching. Then she explains how going full time is really tough on her and how she’s so tired. It looked like she was strung out. No emotions no energy didn’t want to be there. Charged me 20$ for a buzz cut smh. Just send her home.. They smoke cigarettes and go to the bathroom when they know they have clients. Most see miserable that work there. Just don’t tip for bad cuts, they’re ripping you off

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
