- PHPhyllis Hall6 days ago2.0Let me start off by saying I go to Great clips every time I get my haircut. I've been to this one in Wendell North Carolina twice. Will not be a third time. Had a different hairstylist both times. Both times they didn't listen. Last time was yesterday. I went there after a doctor's appointment right around the corner. I told her I just wanted to trim she asked me did I want it layered and I said yes but don't take too much off I'm trying to grow my hair. She took it upon herself to cut my hair even with no layers and say it's better for when I'm growing it out. If you were going to cut it however you wanted to cut it why did you ask me what I wanted. Oh and also I asked for it to be thinned out on top a little bit. I actually said it three times and she never did it. I go to my granddaughter's graduation in 2 weeks and my hair is not going to be the way I want it to be. So at least I'll have pictures to remember it by

Now we have our own Great Clips, five minutes from the house, with no wait! And now, my favorite hair stylist from the other town has moved to this new Great Clips!

Eugenia was wonderful. She greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel welcome even though they were about to close. I was grateful for her professionalism, friendly personality and great cut.
