- BEBrenda ElizaldeJun 5, 20261.0This is the only Sephora in the area (and I’ve been to five other locations) where the employees act like they don’t get paid. Yesterday, I went to the register to check out, and the cashier started cleaning the keyboard right in front of me. Then she spent several more minutes doing something on the computer. After waiting for a while, I finally decided to leave. As a rouge member...never coming back this location! I hope they open a new location here in Wake Forest
- GPGenesis PerezMar 7, 20261.0I’ve never been to this location before but I called to check if they had a product in stock and the beauty advisor that answered the phone was extremely rude for no reason, I could tell she was annoyed to have answer the phone. Stop hiring people who lack basic customer service skills. This is a beauty store employees are supposed to be friendly and welcoming and she was the complete opposite. I’m glad I called before wasting my time going in the store.
