Went in for a new look and Tabatha listened when I told her what I was looking for and the challenges I faced as a woman over 50 with fine and thinning hair. She gave me a great cut and recommended products for me to try. This salon offers everything! Will go back for other services.

All I can say is wow! If you are looking for a stylist that understands curly hair and exactly how to cut it, do not walk, RUN over to Tabitha’s schedule and book yourself an appointment! Thank you Tabitha for one of the best appointments I have had in a long time.

Genetlemen, if you want to look awful and get one of the worst haircuts of your life, this is the place to go. Worst salon for men that I have ever experienced. Let me start by saying that 4 hours before my appointment, they called me and asked if I could come 2 hours earlier, which I agreed to. When I arrived, I found out that they had changed the hairstylist I had specifically reserved online, Julie, and assigned me to Naisha instead. I asked the receptionist about it because I had read reviews saying Julie was good with men's hair. The receptionist insisted that Naisha was also experienced with men's hair, so I trusted them and accepted the change. I also made it very clear that this haircut was a trial haircut for my wedding. I told them that if I was happy with the result, my fiancée and I were planning to book their full bride-and-groom wedding package. They told me they absolutely offer wedding packages and assured me everything would be fine. Before starting, I specifically asked Naisha: "Do you have experience cutting men's hair?" She told me she had over 20 years of experience. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. The result was honestly one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I have had my hair cut at salons and shops all over the United States, not just in the Triangle area, and I have never had an experience this bad. The way she handled the clippers, scissors, and even the clippers itself made me question whether she had actually done men's haircuts before. And this is what makes the situation even more frustrating: If you have a customer who tells you he is very particular about his hair, explains that he has had excellent hairstylists before, specifically asks whether you have experience cutting men's hair, and tells you that the haircut is a wedding trial, why would you assign someone who clearly does not appear to have the necessary skill or experience? My wedding is only two months away. I trusted this business because of its good reviews, and instead I walked out extremely disappointed and upset. I have before-and-after pictures to document exactly what happened. My fiancée was furious that I even paid $46 for a haircut that turned out this badly. Maybe this salon is good with women's services. I cannot speak to those services. But based on my personal experience, I would absolutely not recommend this salon for men's haircuts. I would never go back, and I would not recommend this place even to someone I disliked. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this establishment. Everyone was warm and welcoming - I felt very comfortable here. Jules, my stylist, took the time to listen to what I wanted. She helped my pick a color and highlights that went with my skin tone. (Just wanted to mention she was dealing with a disaster of a home dye job) Jules gave me a very becoming hairstyle. It is easy to maintain even though I have baby fine hair. Jules also showed me some products to help me with my hair. (Please note, she only demostrated how they worked - no hard sell). So happy I bought them. Jules let me know the prices of everything before touching my hair. I had complete control on what was done and fully aware of the prices. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this place and can't praise Jules enough!

I had a wonderful experience here. I was able to make a last minute appointment on a Saturday, and they fit me in no problem! Jules was amazing! She was so kind and she was able to give me tips, tricks, and recommendations fitting to my hair type! I can’t wait to come back!
